How does it work?
When you rent a property in Australia, it is a legal requirement that you are issued a Property Condition Report detailing the condition of the property before you take tenancy. You are given the opportunity to add your own comments, and once finalised this Report is used at the end of your tenancy to determine if it was left in a satisfactory condition to have your Bond returned.

You will receive an e-mail from your PM with a link to the PCR and photos for review.

You can review the PCR, adding your own comments and noting whether you agree or disagree with the descriptions.

Once the PCR is finalised, you will be e-mailed a PDF of the final Report, as well as links to the Report and Photos which will never expire.
Simply save the final e-mail containing the PDF and links for your records, and you can refer back to it at any time, anywhere!
