I have missed the deadline for changes – is it too late to amend the PCR?

Yes – once the deadline has lapsed the PCR becomes finalised as is.


How do I indicate that I disagree with an item in the PCR?

Next to the item, there are three columns named ‘Clean’, ‘Undamaged’ and ‘Working’. If you agree with the description provided, click on the Yes button in the ‘Tenant Agrees’ column. If you disagree, click No.


Can I include photos to support my comments?

Yes, just click the ‘upload photo’ button, and select the file or take a photo using your phone’s camera if on mobile. If you need to upload additional pictures, use the button at the top of the page.


Do I have to answer every item in the PCR?

If you do not provide a response for an item in the PCR, you are deemed to agree with the description as provided. Please note, your property manager/lessor may opt to make answering every item mandatory, in which case you will have to agree or disagree with each item before you can submit the report, and provide comments where you disagree.


I'm not finished making amendments to the PCR – can I save my progress?

Yes, simply click on the save icon at the bottom right hand corner, and you can return to where you left off from the same link you were provided up until the time limit of 7 days from when the PCR was sent. Your progress will also automatically save every 3 minutes.


I've accidentally deleted my e-mail containing the PDF and document links – can it be reissued?

Do not worry, simply e-mail your Property Manager and they will be able to forward you the links for the PCR and Photos, as well as a pdf if you request it.


Who can I contact regarding issues with the property?

Your Property Manager is your contact for all issues relating to your property. Reports Online do not have access to any rental properties, and should only be contacted if you are experiencing issues with our website or are unable to view or complete your PCR.
